Gilsenan, Michael From: Atteloney, Leonard [NYCDEP/QUEENS/LEONARDA] Sent: Thursday, April 25, 2002 11:40 AM To: Gilsenan, Michael Subject: AIR MONITORING CONTRACT

Importance: High

I received a call this morning at approximately 11:30am from Mike Nolan (Project Manager, Warren and Panzer) who stated that one of his air Techs (Edmond Dibra) was harrassed by an individual who identified herself as "Dr. Kate Bumstein." This individual made noncomplimentary statements concerning the type of air sampling being done. According to Mr. Nolan this was the same individual who approached his Techs a couple of weeks ago and made disparaging remarks about the type of sampling being done and said other things about DEP. These remarks were then claimed to have been made by his Techs. I told Mr. Nolan that I would relay this information to you so in the event of similar compliants made to you such as the one a few weeks ago, you would handle it appropriately.
