hi sam, how are you? haven't crossed paths for a while, hope all is well. just wanted you to know we got an inquiry from the downtown express asking for our reaction to a community board 1 resolution on deutsche bank. it calls for epa and dep to use emergency powers to deal with various issues relating to the deutsche bank building. we are going to respond that nyc has taken the lead on actions on unclean, unoccupied buildings in the lower manhattan cleanup efforts and that oem was tracking the status of the deutsche bank building. you had indicated you would keep us informed at the work group meetings, but we haven't seen you lately. so we just said we haven't had any recent news; oem is likely the agency to check with. can you give me an update of the status of this building? i would appreciate it. thanks, kathy Kathleen C.
