Subject: Final Visual Inspection Report (FVIR)
Importance; High
Warren and Panzer had submitted 30 FVIRs in early August and I am in the process of reviewing them.Could
you arrange with Carl, Al and Denise to check the FVIRs and let me know if WP Techs did perform these
inspections. There were 16 FVIRs in Denise's zones, 2 in Al's zone and 12 in Carl's zone. If you did not receive
your copies, I will send you the originals that I have.
Thanks in advance.
Len.
(Mike Nolan stated that he had another 20-30 FVIRs sitting on his desk and will submit them next week.)
