Mike,
I spoke with Tom of Termon and he promised me that the issues in John's email will not be a problem. He is
going talk to John and he will take care of this.

Subject: Schedule
Stacey,
I have made you aware, from the beginning of this project, that the schedule was adversely affecting our
performance. Working in multiple buildings at the same time with a minimal number of apartments in each
building is very inefficient. There is no reason to clean any less than several apartments in one building on a
given day. We have repeatedly been told that this would be an exception, but it has proved to be the rule. Last
Monday we received a copy of a two week look ahead schedule only to find that it was pathetic at best. On
one day we were scheduled to clean 12 apartments in 9 separate buildings. This is typical of the entire
schedule for this time period. Eric Wilson acknowledged that the schedule was less than ideal and stated that
it was a work in progress. Unfortunately it has not be corrected and continues to be scattered. The contract
documents talk about cleaning 20 apartments per day and one supervisor building. Due to the demographics
of Quadrant D, one could reasonably expect that all cleanings would be in the same building on any given day.
This haphazard mobilization of 8 - 10 buildings per day is causing us to incur additional costs by way of lost
time and inefficiency. The need for 8 supervisors to clean 11 apartments is absurd. As we have informally
advised DEP and EPA about this situation and it has not been corrected, I suggest that you formally advise
DEP in writing that we are incurring additional cost and request additional compensation.
