The DEP has received the_cleaning request forms from: • Condominium Unit i(3'^) Floor • Condominium Unit copy) • Condominium Unit • Condominium Unit PH • Condominium Unit • Condominium Unit • Condominium Unit • The authorized representative of 114 Liberty Condominium for the cleaning of the common spaces.

So we need the commercial spaces, 9'^ floor, and the penthouse. As discussed in our meeting we will need the original signatures as soon as possible before the cleaning.
