Here's where we are this morning.

The DEP has received the cleaning request forms from: • Condominium Unit ._._._P1i _._._dFloor), 4 (fax copy), 5, 6, 7, 8, 9th110, PH (fax copy) • The authorized representative of 114 Liberty Condominium for the cleaning of the common spaces. • Commercial Spaces (fax copy) We still need some originals.

We completed the Saturday, March 1, 2003 walk-through inspections at the 5th Floor, 3g Floor apartment, and the 9th Floor. We received the listing of items from the 3~a floor apartment.

The schedule for Wednesday is as follows:

Wednesday, Man:h 5, 2003 9:00 a.m. 11/12th Floor 10:00 a.m. 8th Floor 10:30 a.m. 6th Floor 11:00 a.m. 10th Floor 11:30 a.m. ground floor 12:00 noon 4th floor 12:30 p.m.

The marking of the walls that are being removed need to be completed and we need the listing of items (which I am not expecting to be finalized until after the walk through inspections on Wednesday). The Department will only need the final list (please don't send me the drafts), but everyone should be working on his/her list.
