The DEP has received the cleaning request forms from: • Condominium Unit 302 (3rd) Floor • Condominium Unit 4 (fax copy) • Condominium Unit 5 • Condominium Unit 6 • Condominium Unit 7 • Condominium Unit 8 • Condominium Unit 10 • The authorized representative of 114 Liberty Condominium for the cleaning of the common spaces.

So we need the commercial spaces, 9th floor, and the penthouse. As discussed in our meeting we will need the original signatures as soon as possible before the cleaning.
