---- Original Message---- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Wednesday, February 26, 2003 2:51 PM To: Radhakrishnan, Krish Cc: [email protected]; Schoen.MatthewOepamail.epa.gov Subject: Exterior Cleaning Schedule

Krish, We have received access agreements for cleaning HVAC systems at 2 South End Avenue and 250 South End Avenue. WTC debris was discovered on these roofs during the HVAC inspection, these buildings were subsequently referred to DEP for exterior cleaning. We can not start HVAC cleaning until the exterior cleaning is complete. It would be helpful if we knew the schedule for completion of the exterior cleaning. If you could provide me with a schedule for this work I would appreciate it. Thanks,

Inc
