Hi Penny,
Chuck put together the attached file that reviews the specs for 114
Cedar. If you have any question call Chuck (212) 637-3459 or me

Subject: 114 Liberty Street Monitoring
Contractor
Specifications
Attached, please find a copy of the monitoring contractor specifications
for
114 Liberty Street. As you are aware, this project must be completed
within
stringent time constraints. Please verify the sampling methodologies,
limits of detection, clearance criteria, reporting guidelines, etc. are
appropriate, thorough, and accurate.
We ran into some reporting and interpretation issues during the work at
125
Cedar Street that delayed the receipt of sampling results and reports
and
thereby delayed re-occupancy. We have inserted the changes/
clarifications
as we understood them into this spec so that we do not experience these
types of delays again. It is important that it be clear and correct
since
there is a chance it will not be the same contractor.
Please send me any comments as soon as possible. Thank you for your
time
