On Tuesday 24*” December, 2002 I conducted an inspection along with Supervisor Rasti of PAL (Asbestos Contractor) of 130 Liberty St. At this time WTC debris was still being cleaned up on various floors of the north half of the building. The 26, 24, 25, 23. 22, 21, 20 floors have been finished. Workers were about finished for the day as no work was scheduled for the Christmas Holiday. In reference to the Mold problem at the building, Rasti informed me that another crew from PAL had completely removed all the mold from the entire building. He was not sure of what method was used. However, he said he was sure that all mold from the basement to the top floor was gone.
