All personnel involved in residential cleaning and moBitoring activities shall follow the contractor Health and Safety Plan (HASP) prepared by their employer. 1 iPA shall be provided with a copy of the employer 1 IASI* prior to the start of work.
The Project Monitor .shall attend a kick off mecti ng prior to commencement of sampling activities. At this lime, the Contractor shall, but not limited to, participate in scope ofwork discussions, sampling logistics, obtaining resources for residential information provided by EPA and DEP and demo'nstrating data acquisition procedures and software.
1'he Contractor shall attend meetings or conference calls with EPA and coordinate fieldactivities, as requested. - • •
All appropriate data, original field fonns/data sheets, and chain-of-custody forms shal I be completed in accordance with the instructions contained in the contract and provided to EPA. All samples aixl copies ofneeessary doeunientation shall be hand delivetod to EMSLlaboratories at: 307 W. 38* St., New York, New York 212-290-0051. This infomation may also/be provided wia FonnsII Lite (F2L) or an alternative electronic format that is accessible by the laboratory.
