After having spoken with MOC, LAW, and COMPT, I am happy to report that we do not need to process a change order to increase the insurance requirement for the exterior clean-up contracts. We will take care of it within the context of the original contract and Carol Fenves and Virginia Smyth are working together to accomplish that. We have just saved a lot of paperwork, time, energy, and oversight aggravation.
