i~s; Avaltroni, Robert Hi From: Gilsenan, Michael Sent: Monday, April 01, 2002 11:00 AM To: Chapin, Diana Cc: Avaltroni, Robert; Radhakrishnan, Krish Subject: RE: EPA Task Force and Working Group meetings

The only remaining issue is the release form and letter that BEC would like to send to bldg. owners, before starting the work. Krish and Russell Pecunies are meeting today to go over Legal's changes. We would like to have these items finished so that we can present them at each mtg.Once the release form and letter are finished BEC will start sch. the meeting.

I think BEC should set the meetings unless you feel you need help. What issues remain?

Thanks for the information. Should Environmental Compliance make the meetings or would you prefer some other office setting them us? Also, should we wait until the Law Department and Legal vet out some of the issues they have raised? Thanks.

Charlie's Office and mine have contacts and phone numbers for REBNY, BOMA, ABO, Lower Manhattan, etc. (so does Betsy Collins/Kusterbeck re water and sewer rates notices to interested owners). I doubt if there is much utility to OEM acting as a conduit to them since the agency talks to these groups much more frequently, unless it is a group we don’t have knowledge of or a contact for in which case they could help.

I attended the NYC Task Force meeting on Wednesday, March 27 and the EPA Air Working Group meeting on Thursday, March 28. The following are highlights of both meetings.
