A couple of contractors doing facade cleanup for building owners have called Asbestos regarding their concern that they might be subject to drought fines for the work they are performing (wet soaking and power washing at low volume are part of the cleanup protocol).
Asbestos has a list of owners who have reported a cleanup underway or about to begin. Is this information something Betsy Collins or Doug Greeley might need to know? I guess I have two questions 1) Is this an issue for the drought emergency and 2) If it is, under the circumstances do we need to look at it differently. Thanks for your help.
