• OEM wants to open Park Place from Broadway to Greenwich. They are siting our air monitoring status at Greenwich and Park Place that has had three consecutive days of levels below the 0.001 clearance level (10/1 - 0.004, 10/2 - 0.008, 10/3 - 0.009). Staff visited the area this morning and believes it will be a very long stretch to accomplish this. Truck traffic still moves down Park Place and the outside of buildings are in the process of being cleaned. EPA is also conducting a walk through (unofficially we hear that they do not think this area can be opened and maintained clean) will advise when we hear officially.
