Island Borough Chief working in the 122"** precinct until he retired, upon information and

26. Defendant RICHARD GUTCH is, upon information and belief, a NYPD captain in the

123rd precinct. Upon information and belief, he is a resident of the City and State of

New York, and his place of business is c/o New York City Police Department - 123rd

Precinct, 116 Main St., Staten Island, N.Y. 10307.

27. Defendant LIEUTENANT FALCONE is, upon information and belief, a NYPD

lieutenant in the 122"** precinct. Upon information and belief, he is a resident of the City

and State of New York, and his place of business is c/o New York City Police Department

- 122"** Precinct, 2320 Hylan Blvd., Staten Island, N.Y. 10306.

28. Defendant JEFFREY WALTER is, upon information and belief, a NYPD officer in the

123"* precinct. Upon information and belief, he is a resident of the City and State of New

York, and his place of business is c/o New York City Police Department -123rd Precinct,

116 Main St., Staten Island, N.Y. 10307.

29. Defendant TRACY LAVELLE is, upon information and belief, a NYPD officer in the
