World Trade Center Emergency Response ATSDR Inspections conducted on December 6,2001 - Carlstien Lutchmedial

120 Greenwich Street - inspection of the front entrance to the lobby where a positive sample had been observed revealed that the area was now clean. No debris was observed on the metal ledges which supported the glass facade. Inspection of the roof revealed that it was also clean. No visible material observed.

250 South End Ave - inspection of the courtyard revealed that there were garden troughs with plants and trees. Among the plants visible debris was observed. In some places large chunks could be seen. The courtyard itself was very clean, except for a chunk of debris at about the middle of the yard. A sample was taken of this material. The location (west side courtyard) of the positive sample taken by ATSDR a few weeks ago was now clean. In addition, a sample was taken from the south west comer trough and the middle north end of the courtyard through. All samples were positive for ACM.

80 Battery Place - inspection revealed that the lobby was very clean. The superintendent of the building said that they had clean/vacinimed the lobby after the ATSDR sampling. The sample that had been observed here was a dust sample taken by micro vacuum.

ATSDR Inspections conducted on December 18,2001 - Carlstien Lutchmedial

55 Liberty Street - inspection of the front of the building, sidewalk, and curb revealed that there was no suspect material. A sample of a sandy material was taken at the curb and was negative for ACM.

450 North End Ave — inspection revealed that there were numerous areas between the cracks of the tiles on the roof which had suspect material. Two samples were taken. One was positive for ACM. Clean up was done the following day.

250 South End Ave - no clean up has taken place. Owner’s representative informed again of the need to clean the courtyard.
