Broadway.'West St, bettveen Chambers and Murray is still frozen. Note: Battery Park City is not part of the Red Zone, as
pedestrians and businesses mav enter with identification.

Ail other agencies will provide lists of pcisoxnei that need access to OEM credential inn officer who will appros'e it and
fix it to the credentialing checkpoint at West and Chambers. Note: Some agencies may be issued bulk credential.? (e.g.
'The FDNA’ .staging officer at Chelsea Piers) so that they can expedite tJjC entry of critical employees. Those agencies will
he responsible for accotuning for those credentials.
The checkpoint at West and Cana! will be in radio cuntac: with the following areas to let vehicles seeking credentials
through.
The only access to the Red Zone (pedesuiar: o:’ vehicular) will be at ths foUowhig locations;
♦ West St. and Chambers St. (for pedestrian and vehicle access)
• Church St. and Chambers St. (for pedestrian and veliicle a-ccess)
♦ Murray St. and Eiroadway (for vehicle access'Oiily)
• Trinity St. ttnd Rector St. (for vehicle access only)
• West and Rector (for pedestrian and vehicle access)
Vehicles
Private vehicles are jtot permitted in the zone. Properly credentialed agency personnel with oimcia! e.gency vehicles may
be permitted to enter, pending traffic conditions.
BatterA' ParkCity
Resident? at Batter-’ Fark City may enter witii two forms of identification.
• BPC North residents should enter at Chambers and West and walk down the font path
♦ BPC South .resident.? should enter at Battery Park Pl and West.
Special Needs
Any marked Aecs.ss-A-Ride (MTA’s paratransit division} aad'or marked prix'ate antbulette van, or .sedan will be permitted
to enter any areas open to pedestrian re-entry even if private vehicular traffic, is still restricted. These vehicle.? are
transporting persons with disabilities lo.-'frotn locations open to them .as members of the public. .Home Care AUendgnts,
Home Health Aids, and Visiting Nurses with clients in the re-entry am? are perniitted to enter but may be asked for two
forms of icenUfications (one personal photo ID and agency ID).
Exeniptions
The following exemptions should be noted;
• Employees of the Mercantile Exchange, Merrill Lynch and Brookfield Properties tnay enter Battery Park City
North with residents and be. pennilted to waik down the footpath.
• At the present time, Merrill Lynch employee,? may only enter 4WrC and net 2WFC..
♦ Brookfield employees also may enter'at the Battery Park Flace'We.st Street entrance to access 4 World. Financial
Center.
• Employee.? of Soloman Smith Barney and Citibank will be penmtted to access Satiety Park City North so tliat
they ca^ access the NY Waterways Terry,
