SPECIAL NEEDS Any marked Access-A-Ride (MTA’s paratransit division) and/or marked private ambulette van or sedan will be permitted to enter any areas open to pedestrian re-entry even if private vehicular traffic is still restricted. These vehicles are transporting persons with Usabilities to/fiom locations open to them as members of the public. Home Care Attendants, Home Health Aids, and Visiting Nurses with clients in the re-entry areas are permitted to enter but may be asked for two forms of identifications (one personal photo ID and agency ID).

CSOI.IAN EXEMPTIONS The following exemptions should be noted; • Employees of the Mercantile Exchange, Merrill Lynch and Brookfield Properties may enter Battery Park City North with residents and be permitted to walk down the footpath. • Brookfield employees also may enter at the Battery Park Place/Wcst Street entrance to access 4 World Financial Center. • Employees of Soloman Smith Barney and Citibank will be permitted to access Battery Park City North so that they can access the NY Waterways Ferry.

BATTERY PARK CITY • Residents at Battery Park City may enter with two forms of identification. BPC North residents should enter at Chambers and West and walk down the foot path • BPC South residents should enter at Battery Park Pl and West.
