Virginia,
Below is an email concerning the letter of indemnification that SEMO will require from the City

I Subject: Residential Cleaning
Steve, Marc,
I learned today from Jerry Connolly that Jean Cox has mentioned that SEMO
will not sign (accept) the NYC DEP residential cleaning PW unless the
State receives a letter of indemnification from the City. Generally, this
is not something the FEMA PAC needs to obtain when it prepares and
obligates a PW. I assume SEMO will be pursuing such documentation from
DEP? My understanding is that Russ Pecuni, DEP, provided SEMO with
similar information in the past. Please let me know when this information
is received so that I can inform FEMA management.
Thanks,
