PH ji. Al Plumbtre has inspected his location and they are awaiting the results. What he is calling about now is that near his residence. Con Ed is doing work with asbestos putting it in black bags and leaving overnight at the construction site. They are wearing protective gear and masks. He says he is not wearing a mask and doesn't believe they are doing the job correctly even though DEC put notices on their doors that Con Ed is following procedure. Does not trust either of them.
Mike asked if someone could go down to handle as an asbestos complaint.
