These parts of Brooklyn that the plume affected must also be made eligible for the cleanup. In fact, because of the lack of emphasis on the impacts on Brooklyn, it is even more important that they receive honest and forth right information about the possible health impacts if they fail to have an adequate cleaning.
Again, I ask you to address these problems immediately. Much too much time has already passed and it is high times that the health needs of these neighborhoods be adequately addressed.
