World Trade Center Emergency Response Inspections conducted on September 24,2001 - Carlstien Lutchmedial

100 Church Street - At the building I met two workers who identified themselves as employees sub contracted by Global Crossing (telephone Compan ) to run a generator to keep their switching gear in operation. They said that the room they occupied on the first floor was cleaned by their company. Also that the owner made them sign a waiver of all liabilities before they could occupy the space. I was unable to locate any building rep on site.

99 Church Street - on site was Robert Ryan and Tadeusz Lukasik handler supervisor # 80809 of Pinnacle Environmental Corp, they said that they were doing a complete interior cleaning of all 11 floors. They had already completed the exterior of the building. A worker decon was set up on the first floor. Inspection revealed that most of the floors were completed. ATC was on site conducting air monitoring. Ryan was informed to send the final clearance to DEP.

90 Church Street - met Postal Police officer Bellamy in front of the building. He said that there was no one in the building. I went into the lobby an noticed that power had not been restored to this building. Bellamy said that from time to time a crew comes in and removes mails from the building.

170 Broadway - Clean-up already completed at this building.
