Your agency has been requested to attend the Lower Manhattan Town Hall Meeting to address the concerns of foe residents and foe business community in that area. Date: Wednesday. October 3.2001

1. The exact perimeter of die crime scene area. 2 Timetable for vehicle access to frozen zone area.

5. Timetable for reopening of easier pedestrian access for all of Battery Park

4. Timetable for reopening of pedestrian access for area North of the World Trade Center and East of West Street (outside the crime scene area). 5. Access for people with speaal needs.

6. Timetable for allowing commercial deliveries during daytime hours. 7. When will residential access be allowed below Park Place and soutih of the World Trade Ccnicx?
