Your agency has been requested to attend the Lower Manhattan Town Hall Meeting to address the concerns of the residents and the business community in that area. Date: Wednesday, October 3,2001

Time: 6:00pm

Place: The Regent Hotel, 55 Wall Street (WiDiam Street and Wall Street), ballroom

We are asking that your presentation address the following areas of concern:

1. Results of air and particulate matter tests

Z Procedures for cleaning individual residences

3. What criteria should be used in the selection of hazardous cleaning services.

4. The transport of debris and safety procedures involved. What precautions are being taken to protect individuals from dust?
