Contractors can obtain vehicle access to these buildings at the Fulton and Broadway checkpoint. To do so, the person in charge must walk the documentation (work order, etc.) to the Fulton and Broadway escort post. A NYPD escort will be arranged for the vehicle from that point Vehicles can enter into the non-frozen zone through the NYPD checkpoints at Catherine Slip and South Street Vehicles should then proceed to Broadway and Chambers to await escort.

Please note that contractors working on recovery and rescue efforts only must report to I.S. 89 with the same credentials listed above. I.S. 89 is located at 201 Warren Street

Q: If I am a contractor for Battery Park City, how can I get my work crew and vehicle to the site?
