problem. The final list of CNOCs (contaminants not of concern) will be provided by April 8*. The decisions are based upon ambient air data. - Benzene levels have been decreasing since the fires have been out. - No PCBs have been detected above screening levels. - Chromium levels are below screening levels - Mercury was not detected and was found in parts per trillion in dust samples. - There is not enough data available for PBDE. PM2.5 and PMIO will be added for deletion. A scheme needs to be worked out to include PH determinations.

4. Preparation for Task Force Meeting on Monday April 8'*’ • The meeting will concentrate on COC and Mark Maddaloni will do a presentation on them.

Next meeting: April 11*'' at 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM @ 290 Broadway.
