Scope of Work B

Application: A visual inspection was performed and the presence of accumulations of dust or debris (including large or significant amounts of dust or debris in residential units or portions thereof such as windows, Brraces or balconies) from the collapse of the WTC was identifled by EPA or designee.

Residents may be present (^pending o.i these unit specific circumstances. In cases where clean Up areas cm be wlated by aos|ng ooms or by the erection of cont^ment bamers, the resident may be present to foe unit. In all ot|er applications of Scope B it is assumed that resident.s will not be present.

1. A site specific wori^-plan will be prepared for review and approval by EPA prior to t^i^^rt of woric. This work plan will include detailed procedures for the removal of dust and debris and the cleaning. F

2. An AGP-7 form asbestos project notification fo’.n shall be submitted, as required by Title 15, Chapter 1 of the R.ClJY, directly to the NYC DEPfebestos Control Program prior to the start of work. NYS DOL notification shall be submitted. 0 3. At least one asbestol supervisor shall be prc.<cni al each work place (work place is defined in Title /5, Chapter 1 RCNY as foe work area and the decontamination enclosure Systran).

4. Personal protective ^uipment^^mding disposable climbing, gloves, and respirators shall he worn during this clc^*^ activity:
