Dore, We have instructed the air monitors to have their HVAC subcontractors stop work on inspections only. We told them that, while our approval process moves forward, the HVAC subcontractors should submit all the reports that they owe the program. It is my understanding that Quad D HVAC subcontractor (Duct Dusters) has submitted to Athenica approximately 7 of the 10 reports we are looking for. Once we have the reports, we can discuss the next step. Also, FYI the approval process is moving along at a very rapid pace. Three out of four Quads have supplied the necessary paperwork. I think the contractors got our message. Michael - I just wanted to confirm that you instructed the monitoring contractors to have the HVAC sub contractors stop work on this project until the monitoring contractors send in the appropriate paperwork for approval to use their HVAC sub contractors. I think you suggested in one of our conversations that you also may have to make a decision about using some of the reports that have been completed by the subcontractors if it turns out that DEP is not able to qualify one of them. Do I understand this correctly? I presume once we clear the issue of approval we can then make the priority getting the reports delivered to us. Please let us know when these issues are resolved.
