Subject: RE.'disposal issue
sorry it took a few days to get back to you. 2 (B and D) of the 4 quads
are disposing already, the other 2 (A and C) were waiting until they had
enough material to economically dispose of it. from our discussions
with the contractors we do not anticipate that they will experience any
problems. (we sent a letter to the landfill and the environmental
agency in west Virginia explaining our program, we know for certain
that quad A will be using this landfill.) i will keep you apprised if i
hear anything different. thanks

Dore,
Can you update me on the status of the disposal issue that was of
concern to
the contractor a few weeks ago. I thought I heard that it was resolved,
but
this was not oficial.
Thanks,
Mike
