At the subcommittee meeting I attending, a number of questions were raised about available information. At the meeting, I didn't set that formal of a process of getting back to them with answers. However, LMDC called me and indicated that one of the people at the sub committee was following up and was asking about the availability of that information. This is the information requested, can we provide it or is it already available some where?
1. List of all buildings that were looked at to determine if the exterior needed cleaning. I guess that would be the 1000 ■h
2. List of all buildings that were determined to need exterior clean-up. This refers to the 290.
3. List of the buildings to be done by DEP; list of those DEP was told were cleaned. Those with license agreements and those who sent you some other type of notification of status.
4. Scope /definition of what the exterior clean-up was to entail/cover. There was also a question about what facade included, i.e. walls facing streets or all (exterior) walls of the building.
