Gilsenan, Michael From: Gilsenan, Michael Sent: Monday, November 25, 2002 4:24 PM To: '[email protected]' Cc: Avaltroni, Robert; Radhakrishnan, Krish Subject: HVAC inspections

Kathy, As per your discussion with Bob, we met right away to address your concerns. All air monitors whose HVAC subcontractors have been approved (Quad B, C and D) and who do not have any outstanding HVAC reports due, can continue with HVAC inspections. These inspections should be conducted from the outside perimeter in as discussed previously. Also, each inspection completed from today on needs to be reviewed (quality control) as outlined in the action plan. This quality control function will be coordinated with Krish through his office using the consultant we are in the process of bringing aboard. This action plan should keep the process moving forward as you and Bob discussed.

Mike
