As discussed, part of the price that contractors will prepare includes items that residents would like disposed by the contractors. In order for the contractor to make an informed bid, a list of items that each resident would like disposed is needed. This list was needed for the pre-bid conference, however, DEP will be able to get the information to the contractors on Monday, February 24, time enough for them to include it in their bid price.

Please have each resident e-mail their list by 11:00 AM on Monday, February 24, 2003 to me at [email protected] . Any resident not supplying a list will have those items cleaned using Hepa vac and/or wet wiping as re the scope. Please note that in addition to supplying the list, their items will also need to be tagged for disposal prior to the commencement of work. Please be specific.
