Good morning everyone.
Below is a summary of the calls that were received by hotline operators Wednesday April 17. 2002.
We received a total of 20 calls during operating hours; 4 were about cleaning 4 were about the outdoor environment 2 were health-related or DOH referrals 2 were questions or requests for indoor air testing 3 were for the old WTC hotline 5 were "other" questions
We received 11 voicemails overnight. 1 was a return call for an operator. 2 were questions about the environment in Lower Manhattan. 1 was a question about Indoor Air causing insects to die in his apt.. 1 was a question about a CBS alert not to turn on Air Conditioners, and 6 were hang-ups.
As of 11:50 AM today (Thursday, April 18) we have recieved 4 calls.
