Subject: Summary of Calls Received 4/23/02
Hello everyone,
Below is a summary of the calls that were received by hotline operators Tuesday April 23, 2002.
We received a total of 15 calls during operating hours:
3 were about cleaning
4 were about the outdoor environment
1 was a health concern/DOH referral
4 were questions or requests for indoor air testing
2 were for the old WTC hotline
1 was an "other" question
We received 5 voicemails overnight. 3 were hang-ups or inaudible, 1 was a question from a WTC victim for information on
seeing Ground Zero, and 1 was a referral from Sheldon Silver’s office from a woman with health complaints.
As of 11:55 AM today (Weds, April 24) we have received 3 calls.
