Hello everyone,
Below is a summary of the calls that were received by hotline
operators
yesterday, March 21, 2002. We received no messages this morning from
voicemail (one hang-up). I will continue to summarize the calls
answered by
operators from 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM for now.
31 total calls received from 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
5 were questions about cleaning indoors or outdoors
3 were about the outdoor environment
2 were about health/DOH contact
3 were requests for indoor air testing
13 were for the old WTC hotline
5 were wrong numbers or hang-ups
TOTAL =31
As of 1:00 PM today (Friday, March 22) we had recieved 15 calls to the
hotline.
