On December 19, 2000 I served three copies of the annexed proposed brief ainicus curiae, enclosed in a properly addressed wrapper by dispatching the same overnight delivery service, Federal Express. Said papers were deposited into the custody of the overnight delivery service prior to the latest time designated by the overnight service for overnight delivery addressed to the last known address of the addressees below:
