Izzy and I just got off the phone with Adam and Michelle Goldstein. Adam continues to favor lobbying the feds to replace the proposed depreciation acceleration with a below-the-line credit. Based on past history as well as the mechanics of credits, Izzy is skeptical that the feds will do so. However, Izzy believes that we should be able to secure decoupling legislation at the State level. In any event, we will provide OMB with some analytical backup and revenue impact estimates.
