Dear Mr. Radhakrishnan,
Trio Asbestos Removal Corp. has been instructed by the US EPA to place construction paper on the corridor flooring in the area of carpet removal at 310 Greenwich Street. It is our opinion that the construction paper should not be installed due to potential problems that could occur including slipping, tripping, falling, etc. We will, however, install the construction paper as directed.
We will utilize duct tape to install the construction paper. Please be advised Trio will not be responsible for the paper once it is in place. We will not be responsible for maintaining or removing the paper. Further, we will not be responsible for any problems associated with the construction paper such as, but not limited to, the paper sticking to the floor, fall/trip/slip/fire hazards, etc.
If you have any questions regarding these issues, please do not hesitate to call.
