Dear Mr. Radhakrishnan:
Please find enclosed the electronic mail received from the US Environmental Protection Agency regarding the collection of personal air monitoring samples during the cleaning of apartments and common spaces. Trio Asbestos Removal Corp. will no longer collect personal air monitoring samples during Scope A cleanings as per the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) determination that they are not required. Trio, as indicated, will continue to collect personal air monitoring samples during Scope B and HVAC/exhaust system cleanings.
If you have any questions regarding this issue, please do not hesitate to call.
