General Description: Two exhaust pumps in the basement, which serve 1 51 to 17"' floor for kitchen and bathroom air out. Two additional small exhaust pumps located on 18"' floor. They serve 18 — 24`h floors for bathrooms and kitchens air out. In addition, 15 mushroom fans on rooftop to serve 25 — 30th floors for kitchens and bathrooms air out. Enclosed please find pictures taken of the passive shaft/duct shaft and mushroom fans, which showed no signs of WTC dust debris.

3.0 Fan coil/ heat pump units in common spaces

Ventilation System Identification: Make: McQuay <We can't Find> Serial No : < we can't find> Location: 3`d Floor Window Serve:- Serving heat air to 3rd Floor Laundry Room. Access adequate for inspection of components: NO. Since it is painted we, can't open it as the nuts and bolts are jammed.

4.0 Conclusions/ Recommendations:-

General Impression: There is a small heat pump on the window providing the heat. There is no access to look for fresh air intake. There is no evidence for WTC-related dust.
