MARCOR R,emediation, Inc. (MARCOR) is pleased to provide you with this proposal for the cleaning of the asbestos contaminated furniture, supplies and building surfaces at the above referenced site. 4

The scope of the work shall. be:

1. The existing triple decontamination chamber will remain in place for the cleaning of the furniture, supplies, and other articles. These porous materials should be HEPA vacuumed and wet-wiped twice, in existing rooms. Non- porous materials, like the furniture will be wet-wiped twice in front of the inlet to an air filtration device.

2. Uncontaminated air will be supplied to the decontamination chambers to maintain a mass air balance in each room. Air monitoring will be performed inside and outside the decontamination chamber during the cleaning process as well outside the office in the hall.

3. Workers involved with the cleaning process will be protected from asbestos exposure by using air purifying respirators and appropriate personal protective clothing.
