Both the Environmental Consultant and our management personnel have viewed the space. Both parties found the space was never grossly violated by the dust plume associated with the collapse of the Towers. All windows were in the closed position. Not one glass windowpane throughout the space was lost. What dust did enter was that which was forced in by the pressure of the plume, and leaked in where the window sashes meet the window casings. Visible dust is limited to horizontal surfaces immediately proximate to the windows, i.e. sills and radiator covers.

The tenant has made it clear to their insurance provider that they will not accept ;. their contents unless all items are HEPA vacuumed/wet wiped. it is for this reason, we are submitting this filing.
