Dear Ms. Reina.
In reference to the above-mentioned location, the following is the procedures that will be used to clean up & decontaminate on the 3rd floor, approximately 8.000 square feet office space that is currently occupied by the low offices of Peter Angelos.
We shall perform the following:
• A three (3)-stage worker decontamination unit, attached to the work area, shall be built & maintained through out the project in the reception area. Prior to building Decon, area shall be precleaned.
• All windows, vents, openings & penetrations shall be have two layers of 6 mil polyethylene sheeting in place as critical barriers. The work area shall be sealed off from other non-contaminated areas by isolation barriers.
• Set & establish negative air filtration devices & maintain the office space under proper negative air pressure through out project.
• A separate material decontamination unit shall be installed in the file area to receive items for decontamination.
• Papers, files, books, computers, fax machines, personal & office supply items shall be decontaminated via the material decontamination unit.
• The floors are lightly contaminated with acm dust, they shall be hepa vacuumed and wet wiped.
• Desks, chairs, and cabinets will then be wet wiped.
