Re: Cleaning of 150-152 Chambers Street
Dear Mr. Radhakrishnan:
Enclosed you will find your recently drawn "License Agreement" to clean the referenced property.
Please be advised that while we believe the property will gladly take advantage of this program, the License Agreement is wrongly drawn; "THE RYAN GROUP, LTD." is not and -cannot be the Licensor.
The Licensor must read "150-152 Chambers Street Condominium Association." It can be sent c/o "The Ryan Group, Ltd.," and we will be pleased to handle the administrative and physical oversight of the job but, as managing agents we are prohibited from entering a contract since we do not own the property; the Condominium Association owns the common areas of the property and the individual residents own their units, all as fee-simple deeded properties.
Please re-draw the Contract as specified, send it to us at the address shown above and will process the paperwork and return same to your office properly executed by an Officer of the Condominium Association.
