Dear. Mr. Radhakrishnan: We are in receipt of your correspondence regarding the cleaning of our building at 29 Park Row. While we look forward to having this work done, we are still in the process of settling our insurance claims with our insurance carrier for damage done to the exterior of the building feel that a cleaning now would be premature. Please feel free to advise us of your#opinion in this matter.
