5. Due to the need to access every apartment for the work to be beneficial, we will consider this a critical maintenance condition to the extent that we will let the contractor staff into each apartment if you are not home. We will of course keep you informed of the approximate schedule of units to be addressed so you may arrange to be home if that is your preference.
6. The contractor will use hepa vacuums, pneumatic brushes, surfactant wipes and airless antibacterial sprays in the process. The work will commence late next week and will proceed on a vertical line basis on a 6 day per week schedule for a period that may take up to 4 weeks. We will distribute a more detailed schedule early next week.
7. The exterior cleaning of the building continues. We estimate completion to be by the end of December.
