As we have stated many times, we value your residency and want you to stay with us for many years to come. In the spirit of that commitment, we would like to offer you an additional discount of 25% off your December rent. Please understand that this additional discount will only be available to those residents who are current in their rent payments.
We are pleased to have been able to address the needs of over 40 residents at our downtown buildings who have transferred to alternate Related apartments throughout Manhattan.
We have also requested the New York City Housing Development Corporation to advise us on whether those residents, under the affordable housing program, may transfer to another Related Management building. They are considering this request and we will continue to follow-up with them for their final decision.
We look forward to continuing to answer your questions and give you some peace of mind regarding the concerns you voiced to us at our last meeting. We hope to see many of you on Tuesday, October 30th at 6:30 in the management office.
