After mortar has fully hardened, thoroughly clean exposed masonry surfaces of excess mortar and foreign matter, use wood scrapers, stiff-nylon or -fiber brushes, and clean water, spray applied at low pressure.

3.11 FIELD QUALITY CONTROL A. Inspectors: Owner will engage qualified independent inspectors to perform inspections and prepare test reports. Allow Inspectors use of lift devices and scaffolding, as needed, to perform inspections. B. Architect's Project Representatives: Architect will assign Project representatives to help carry out Architect's responsibilities at the site, including observing progress and quality of portion of the Work completed. C. Notify Structural Engineer in advance of times when lift devices and scaffolding will be relocated.
