Attn: Mike Berkowitz

Subject: 1 Liberty Plaza

Dear Mr. Berkowitz, W Yesterday I met with Ralph Blasi, Director of Security, at I Liberty Plaza. We went over the plan for emergency egress that will be used when the building opens. The main entrance/exit is on the east side of the building on Broadway. The two emergency exits are on the north and south sides of the building. Since these exits empty into the secured zone, fences are being installed to prevent any people who use these exits from going anywhere other than Broadway.

Installation of the fences has begun and I was told that they will be completed by this weekend. An inspection has been scheduled for Sunday afternoon to determine if this has been done.

Sincerely,

Robert Iulo
